PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • RK500-07LC Liquid Cooling Turbidity Sensor is designed for continuous, real-time monitoring of coolant cleanliness in liquid cooling systems. In data centers, EV cooling systems and high-end manufacturing applications, suspended particles, corrosion products and other impurities can affect heat transfer efficiency, contribute to pipeline blockage and increase the risk of component failure. By monitoring turbidity, the RK500-07LC helps operators detect changes in coolant quality and maintain stable system operation.
  • Based on the 90° nephelometric method, the sensor measures turbidity by detecting light scattering and absorption caused by suspended impurities in the coolant. It provides measurement ranges of 0–10 NTU or 0–100 NTU, with 0.1 NTU resolution and accuracy of ±2% rdg. or ±0.1 NTU, whichever is greater. The sensor supports simultaneous 4–20 mA and RS485 outputs, with a response time of 1 second, making it suitable for integration with CDU control systems, PLCs and other industrial monitoring platforms.
  • The RK500-07LC features an overall 316L stainless steel construction, sapphire measurement window, compact integrated design and IP68 probe protection. It supports deionized water, PG25, EG25 and other coolants, with process connection options including G3/4, NPT3/4 and 50.5 chuck, as well as M16 connector or direct-line cable configurations. With pressure resistance up to 1 MPa (10 Bar), it is well suited for liquid cooling loops requiring durable, reliable and easy-to-integrate turbidity monitoring.
